Please arrive at the shuttle stop 10-15 minutes prior to the listed time as the shuttle will be leaving promptly at these times.

1:30 The Villager Motel
1:45 Fern Creek Lodge
2:00 Double Eagle Resort and Spa
2:15 Interlaken Condos and the Victory Lodge

2:15 Chairlift loading begins

3:00-3:30 Ceremony

3:30-5:00 Cocktail Hour

5:00-10:00 Dinner and Reception

9:00-11:00 Return shuttles will take guests back to their individual hotels

If you plan to bring children, or would like to depart from the reception before the shuttles return at the end of the night, we suggest that you drive to the wedding venue at June Mountain. You can leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of the event (and even overnight if needed).
